Friday Code is Friday’s own agent. It runs only on a model you add, so it costs nothing until you give it one.
Add a model
In Settings › Your models, add an API key from OpenAI, Anthropic, Google or others, or a model running on your computer with Ollama or LM Studio. Friday Code then runs on that.
Where your key goes
A model you add is called from your computer. Its key is kept there and sent only to that model’s own server.
The other tools
Claude Code, Codex and the rest need no key in Friday: they run on their own plans and sign-ins.
