Yes. Free includes 3 people in a session, 3 workspace members, 1 agent per session and 30 days of history. Your own coding agents are never metered.
When should we upgrade?
When you want frontier models, more agents per session or more people. Pro is $20 a month.
Can contractors join a session?
Yes. Invite them by link as editors or viewers.
Can I use frontier models?
Yes. Pro and Max include Claude, GPT and Gemini, and you pick a model for each agent. Free uses Friday’s own model, and your own coding agents work on any plan.
