Connect tools over MCP
Agents can use more than 50 tools over MCP, including Google Workspace, Slack, GitHub and Stripe. The workspace owner chooses which connections agents may use.
What is MCP?
The Model Context Protocol is an open standard for connecting AI agents to tools and data. Friday has a catalog of connections to common tools.

Access and safety
An agent can use a connected tool only within the permissions you approved, including tools that change data. Connect only what the work needs.
Every tool call shows in the session feed. A tool that changes data finishes its call once it starts. Only tools marked read-only can be stopped mid-call.
