Control and limits

Updated 1 October 2026

Each agent has one driver at a time. Everyone else can watch, suggest and ask to take over, and the session owner can always pause or cancel.

The driver

The driver is the person whose instructions an agent follows. Each agent has its own driver, so one person can steer one agent while a teammate steers another.

What everyone else can do

  • Watch every step as it happens.
  • Suggest a redirect. It lands at the agent’s next step.
  • Request control, or take over where the session allows it.
  • Interrupt a run without restarting it.

The session owner can pause or cancel a run at any time, even while someone else is driving.

Review a change

When a change is ready, you read the diff and accept it or ask for changes. You can undo a run, or commit and open a pull request.

The record

Every action is logged with the person who asked for it, what the agent did, what each tool returned and when. You can export the log.
