Anyone with a link must be able to sign in. Treat links as carefully as the work itself.
Who can see what
Anyone who can open a session can read all of it, including what happened before they joined. A session is a room with a transcript, not a private message.
If your workspace belongs to an employer or a client, that organisation controls its content and can add or remove members.

Helping someone catch up
Anyone who joins late gets a short digest of what changed while they were away, and they can read the full session from the start.
